Ideal for those looking for a product that gives the gelato a darker color and a strong and persistent taste of toasted hazelnut characterized by notes of caramel and hints of crusty bread. Made exclusively with the hazelnuts Tonde gentili trilobate I.G.P. from the region of Piedmont, but with a stronger taste thanks to the prolonged toasting.
